When Can I Return a Product?

You may return a product purchased from Skinotheque.com if:

  • The product shows signs of use.
  • The product does not match the order or the specifications listed on the website.
  • The product has a factory defect.

How Long Do I Have to Return a Product?

If you wish to return a product, you must make a request within 48 hours of receiving it, including weekends.

To initiate a return, you can:

  • Send a written request via email or WhatsApp.
  • Call us using the contact number provided.
  • Reach out to us via our social media pages.

The returned product must include all parts and documents that were provided at the time of purchase.

Return Process

Once the item is returned, we will inspect it and notify you of the return/refund decision within 48 working hours. After approval, the refund will be processed within 5 working days via non-cash payment to the credit card used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

If a product is returned, the company will cover the cost of the transportation service.
