— Geo Lifting V is a biostimulator and a bioremodeling treatment. Its main active component is hyaluronic acid, presented in a dual form: high and low molecular weight (H-HA and L-HA).

What distinguishes it from other products is this combination of components.
Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid (L-HA) penetrates deeper into the skin and stimulates fibroblasts, while high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (H-HA) works more superficially, providing intense hydration and a lifting effect.

The total concentration is relatively high — 64 mg / 2 ml, which contributes to both its strong clinical effect and prolonged results.

Which patient profile is ideal for Geo Lifting V? (age group, skin condition, main concerns)

— This product works best for patients presenting with skin laxity, loss of facial contour, dehydration, tired appearance, and reduced skin tone.

It is particularly suitable for patients who prefer to avoid volumizing fillers and are looking for a natural lifting effect instead.

The recommended age group is 30+. A common request we hear from these patients is: “I want to look younger, but I don’t want to look different.” Geo Lifting V is especially well suited for addressing this expectation.

In which cases would you NOT recommend Geo Lifting V? (contraindications or limitations)

— I would not recommend this product for patients with pronounced ptosis or deep wrinkles. While it can still provide some improvement, in such cases it is usually not sufficient on its own and requires a combined treatment approach.

It is also contraindicated in cases of autoimmune diseases, pregnancy or lactation, as well as in the presence of active skin conditions.

From a practical perspective, it is not the best option for patients who require significant volume restoration or structural correction, as its primary role is biostimulation and improvement of skin quality, rather than volumization.

What injection technique do you prefer when working with Geo Lifting V (depth, method, points)?

— The standard approach is the 5-point injection technique per side, resulting in a total of 10 injection points.

The product is injected into the deep dermis using a bolus technique, rather than linear threading.

Key anatomical landmarks include:

• Cheekbone projection
• Anterior cheek
• Lower cheek
• Jawline
• Tragus area

It is very important to avoid superficial injection, as this may result in visible papules. A 29–30G needle is typically used.

That said, the choice of technique should always be individualized, based on the patient’s anatomy and the desired outcome.

Do you combine Geo Lifting V with other procedures (fillers, toxins, lasers, PDRN, etc.)? If yes, how do you structure the combination?

— In general, combination therapy is widely used in aesthetic medicine. In my practice, it is a highly preferred approach, as it often delivers the best and most balanced results.

Specifically, Geo Lifting V works very well in combination with botulinum toxin. While botulinum toxin addresses dynamic wrinkles and muscle activity, Geo Lifting V improves skin quality and structure.

It can also be combined with dermal fillers when volume restoration is needed, as well as with biorevitalization, particularly in patients with severely dehydrated skin.

Similarly, it pairs well with thread lifting procedures — where threads provide the lifting effect, and Geo Lifting V enhances skin quality, density, and overall appearance.

What kind of results can we realistically expect after the first procedure and after a full course?

— Since we are also referring to a full treatment course, which typically consists of three sessions, it is important to set realistic expectations.

The expected timeline is as follows:

• 1–2 weeks: improved hydration
• 3–4 weeks: increased skin tone
• 6–8 weeks: visible lifting effect and improvement of facial contours

These results develop gradually, in line with the product’s biostimulatory mechanism.

— In my opinion, the main advantage of Geo Lifting V is its ability to achieve natural-looking results by improving skin quality from within, without adding unnecessary volume.

It provides a combination of lifting, hydration, improved tone, and increased skin density, while preserving the patient’s natural facial features.

This approach perfectly aligns with the current trends in aesthetic medicine, where the focus is shifting from volumization to regeneration and tissue quality. It allows us to treat patients in a way that enhances their appearance while maintaining their natural identity.
